    All rooms has telephone (extension only) mini bar (except Standard Single) and 32”LCD TV (42” in Diamond Suite) however there are no radio, safe deposit box (safe available in Diamond Suite only), tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms (except Suites, tea and coffee making will be available soon on Deluxe).

    No, you only need to provide one name. The person named in the booking must be present during check in.

    No, the booking is confirmed with the hotel system the moment your payment transaction is approved (cash deposit or credit card payment in advance or bank transfer received) unless otherwise agreed.

    It is advisable to print out your booking confirmation for reference and easy check in at the Hotel. If you don’t have a print out of your reservation, please confirm your booking details at the Reception Desk and provide your identification.
    Please read our Terms and Conditions before proceeding to make a booking. In the event you do need to cancel your room booking, the total payment made is deemed forfeited unless otherwise agreed.
    Amendments to bookings MUST be made at least 3 days (72hours) before the scheduled check-in date. For amendments of bookings within 2 days (48 hours) of the scheduled check in date, the total payment made is deemed forfeited. Multi-night bookings amended within 2 days before your scheduled check-in time will also be deemed forfeited (valid for bookings through telephone or come directly).
In the event of amendments of bookings at least 3 days (72hours) before the check-in date; a credit equivalent to the value of the booking will be deposited into the guest’s account for the new dates. The amount in credit is not transferable to other accounts and is not exchangeable for cash.
Remember that changes related to amendments, subject to room availability.

Early check-in at 6.00 – 10.00 am (based on room availability) is subject to 50% extra charge from the room rate.
Early check-in before 6.00 am will be charge 100% from the room rate and check-out at 12.00 pm on the same date.
    Our check-out time is 12.00 pm on the check-out date.
Late check-out at 2.00 – 6.00 pm (based on room availability) is subject to 50% extra charge from the room rate.
Late check-out after 6.00 pm will be charge 100% from the room rate.
    Guests are required to present proof of identity (KTP/Passport) and deposit covered until the rest of the stay.

Reservation

  • Room bookings can be made directly by contacting our hotel
  • Diamond Hotel accepts cash payment, debit and credit cards (VISA & MasterCard ONLY)

Direct Booking

  • Rooms are subject to availability when registering at the front desk

Cancellation

  • In the event that you need to cancel your room booking, the total payment made is forfeited. Diamond Hotel does NOT provide any refunds unless otherwise agreed..

Amendment

  • Amendments to bookings MUST be made at least 3 days (72hours) before the scheduled check-in date. No Show

  • In the case of no-show without any confirmation, the total payment made is deemed forfeited unless otherwise agreed.

Room Rate

  • Room rates are net and inclusive of 10% government tax, based on room only per room and per night for maximum of 2 people.

Room

  • Rooms are cleaned and made up daily.
  • Room rate includes high quality Sheets and Bedding, Towels and Toiletries. Split system air-conditioning, 32” LCD TV, Local & International Channels and Free Wi-Fi.

Check In & Check Out

  • Your accommodation at Diamond Hotel will be available from 02.00PM on the day of your arrival. Your room booking will be held until 06.00PM unless notified of your flight details and or check in time.
  • Check out time is no later than 12.00PM unless otherwise agreed.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability with extra charge (see point 36 and 37 above)

Damage

  • In the event of any damages or unpaid miscellaneous charges that the guest (you) have incurred during your stay; Diamond Hotel has the right to debit your credit or debit account for these charges. In such an event, Diamond Hotel reserves the right to do so without prior notification.

Others

  • All bookings are accepted by us in good faith. Should we be unable to provide you with a room you have booked, we will find alternative accommodation nearby which is of similar standard at no extra charge.
